Culture Culture is a New York City-based lifestyle brand founded in 2020 by stylist, designer, and creative director Pasha Cook. The brand originated from Pasha’s desire to create a lifestyle brand that is comfortable and stylish. As a former athlete, celebrity wardrobe stylist, international brand strategist, and global traveler- Pasha desired to create something for the athlete-entrepreneur- Someone who travels, loves culture, is heavily into fashion, and who loves to be different.

ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a hardworking and passionate executive assistant to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Design team during the product development process
Attend key meetings to understand the creative process of developing the product
Assist with the preparation of presentation concept boards
Assist with organizing design archives and business documents
Communicating with manufacturers
Sourcing manufacturers
Research
Outreach to customers and clients
Lead generation
Other duties, as required, to support the needs of the respective Design team?

SKILLS, QUALITIES & BEHAVIORS
Meticulous, attention to detail, + ability to multitask
Must be well organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly
Social media management skills ( 2 years experience minimum)
Executive assistant skills
Excellent writing skills
Experience with Canva, Adobe, Lightroom, AI, Illustrator, photoshop, I calendar, and Google Drive preferred
Experience with Shopify
Experience in email marketing
Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
The candidate should have knowledge of the e-commerce landscape and be familiar with competing brands in the market
Must be self-motivated and a quick study
Must have 2-3 years of work experience in fashion, blogging, travel industry, social media, or entertainment is preferred.
