Job Description

Amsterdam Heritage is an international fashion lifestyle brand based in Miami (USA) and in Amsterdam (The Netherlands). We cater to both women and men and create multiple fashion categories such as leather belts & bags, beanies & scarves, leather shirts & jackets and men’s apparel. Amsterdam Heritage products are sold in boutiques and stores nationwide as well as through catalog companies and web shops, including our own web shop ().

As our Inventory Planner, you will be dealing with our suppliers regarding sampling, production, and inventory purchasing. You will oversee item set up (including price calculations, SKU numbers, UPC codes etc.). You will work with our 3rd party fulfillment partners and sales platforms regarding the inventory and logistics of our products (from purchase to delivery). You will perform data entry, processing and invoicing orders in our system, place purchase orders and deal with customers, vendors and your colleagues through email, chat, video calls and other tools.

As our Inventory Planner you will manage all supplier relationships and do the following tasks:

• Inventory planning (forecasting)
• Placing purchase orders and
• Sample and production planning and executing
• On time shipping control (vendors, 3rd party fulfillment, amazon, production orders)
• Logistics (implementing vendor guidelines, creating barcodes, BOL and packing lists etc.)
• Quality and design control
• Product setup (price calculations, SKU numbers, UPC codes etc.)
• Communication with domestic and international carriers

EXPERIENCE:
• Associate Degree required
• Prior experience in a similar administrative and inventory management role for at least 3 years

SKILLS:
? Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
? Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs
such as MS Office, Shopify, Gorgias, Slack, Asana, and data entry systems (we use Apparel Magic)
? Highly numerical, high accuracy, high typing speed
? Purchasing and inventory management skills
? Accounting experience and analytical skills
? Extremely detail oriented and highly organized
? Critical thinker and excellent problem-solving skills
? Quick learner
? Ability to work with time constraints
? Excellent organizational, and time management skills
? The capacity to work independently and collaboratively on a remote basis

• You will work in a young, dynamic, and growing team of around 10 full timers from different nationalities.
• This is a full-time position.
• You will work fully remote. Your workday will start in the late afternoon until midnight (Philippines time) so that there is an overlap with our European and US East Coast Offices.
• Your compensation will depend on your level of experience.
