About the client:
A dynamic fitness and streetwear apparel company based in the USA seeks a skilled and dedicated Fashion Tech Pack Designer in the Philippines to join our dynamic team. We pride ourselves on blending functionality with style to create high-quality clothing that empowers individuals to express themselves both in and out of the gym. With a commitment to innovation and quality, we are expanding our team to include a Fashion Tech Pack Designer who will play a crucial role in bringing our designs to life.

In this role, you will be responsible for transforming our design concepts into comprehensive fashion tech packs that clearly communicate the specifications and requirements for manufacturing our clothing line. Working closely with our in-house designers in the USA, you will ensure that every stitch and cut is accurately represented, allowing our manufacturing partners to produce garments that meet our exacting standards.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our in-house designers to understand design concepts and requirements.
Create detailed fashion tech packs that include measurements, materials, construction details, and other specifications.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in all technical drawings and annotations.
Communicate effectively with manufacturers to address any questions or concerns regarding the tech packs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to fashion tech pack design.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:
Proven experience in fashion design, pattern making, or garment construction.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar design software.
Strong understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Degree or certification in fashion design, apparel technology, or a related field.
Previous experience creating fashion tech packs for fitness or streetwear apparel.
Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly manufacturing practices.
