Responsibilities:

Strategy and Campaign Planning:
Develop and implement effective Facebook advertising strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct thorough audience research and analysis to optimize targeting.
Ad Creation and Optimization:
Create compelling and visually appealing ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
Perform ongoing A/B testing to optimize ad copy, visuals, and targeting for maximum performance.
Budget Management:
Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
Monitor and adjust bids to achieve the best possible ROI.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of Facebook ad campaigns.
Provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Stay Abreast of Industry Trends:
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, changes in algorithms, and emerging platforms to recommend and implement best practices.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align Facebook advertising efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad creatives align with brand guidelines.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Facebook Advertising Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant advertising tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Creativity in ad design and copywriting with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Certifications in Facebook Blueprint or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
