Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and optimize high-performing Facebook ad campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for our Ecommerce business.
Conduct in-depth audience research and target segmentation to identify key customer segments and optimize ad targeting.
Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to improve ad performance, ROAS, and overall marketing strategy.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align Facebook ad strategies with broader marketing initiatives and brand goals.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and industry innovations in Facebook advertising and Ecommerce.
Use Slack and Clickup efficiently to communicate with team members, manage tasks, and track campaign progress.
Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.
Requirements:

Proven experience in managing successful Facebook ad campaigns for Ecommerce businesses with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in using Slack and Clickup to collaborate with team members, manage tasks, and enhance overall productivity.
A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Facebook advertising and digital marketing.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and make data-backed decisions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A proven history of being a self-starter, taking initiative, and being results-oriented.
