**Job Description:**
We are looking for an experienced and creative Facebook Ads Manager who can effectively increase app downloads, effective local client shopping campaigns, A/B test, work with inventory feeds, onboard and build accounts from scratch.
**Contract Type:**
Part-time contract gig with potential to quickly grow into a full-time position.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Facebook and Instagram Ads:
? Set Up & Manage our client’s Facebook Business Manager Accounts
? Set up a Facebook Pixel for precise tracking
? Create compelling ad creatives, including images, ad copy, and headlines (we have a designer as well)
? Optimize campaigns for various objectives like Leads, Conversions, and engagement
? Choose the best ad placements for maximum visibility
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align Facebook ads with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
– Analyze campaign data and provide reports on key metrics to measure effectiveness.
– Stay up-to-date with Facebook’s advertising policies, tools, and best practices.
**Required Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Manager with a track record of successful campaigns.
– Strong understanding of Facebook advertising guidelines, analytics, and reporting tools.
– Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
– Creative mindset with experience in ad creative design and copywriting.
– Proficient in using Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant tools.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
– Strong communication and teamwork skills.
