Job Summary: As a Mid-Level FB Ads Graphic Designer at DZOMedia, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and high-performing ad creatives for our Facebook advertising campaigns. You’ll be working closely with our media buying team to design eye-catching visuals that not only capture the attention of the target audiences and campaign objectives.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design creative graphics and visuals for Facebook ads, including images, videos, carousel ads, and other ad formats.
Collaborate with the media buying team to understand campaign goals, target audience, and campaign requirements.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current design trends and best practices for Facebook advertising.
Optimize ad creatives for mobile and desktop platforms, ensuring maximum performance and engagement.
Work closely with copywriters and media buyers to ensure the visual and textual elements complement each other effectively.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas to improve ad performance and drive better results.
Perform A/B testing of different ad creatives to identify top-performing designs.
Keep up-to-date with the latest design tools, technologies, and trends to enhance the quality and efficiency of design workflows.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on Facebook advertising, preferably in a digital marketing agency or Search Arbitrage environment.
Mid-level skills in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Demonstrated expertise in designing compelling visuals for Facebook ad campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Familiarity with Search Arbitrage is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
A portfolio showcasing your previous work on successful Facebook advertising campaigns.
Strong understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
