We’re a small-batch food maker in Melbourne making artisanal products with native ingredients and sharing that love with the world (oh, we sell plants too!). We’re incredibly values-driven and constantly work on ways to give back to the broader community, our suppliers, and our customers.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced marketer who isn’t afraid of fast-paced work and has a knack for tackling challenges head-on.
Who are we looking for?
– We’re on the hunt for a creative mind who wants to push boundaries and create an incredible branding and marketing experience. You have a strong and proven background in FB Ads Management and have a natural ability to create beautiful designs. We want someone who’s an ideas person and can bring these to the table in a timely and organized manner.
What will you do?
You’ll work hand in hand with the Operations Coordinator and CEO to create a modern and on-point marketing experience for our customers. In detail, you’ll:
General:
– Manage and improve acquisition strategies through FB Ads
– Consistently create and generate new marketing ideas
– Report on, and hit KPIs and OKRs
What are your skills?
– You are a critical thinker who can solve problems in a fast-paced environment
– Strong copy and design ability
– Have Facebook Ads Experience of more than 2 years
– Have worked in the e-commerce space
Who are we looking for?
– Someone with proven experience in digital marketing
– Over 2 years experience
– Naturally fun and upbeat

Contract and Hours:
Part-time
2 to 3 hours a day, 5 days per week
