The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic, and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.

FB Ads Specialist should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You are responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” the product by providing support to current and prospective customers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
– Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and overall marketing goals.
– Develop comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies aligned with client objectives.
– Conduct thorough research on target audience, industry trends, and competitors to inform campaign planning.

Campaign Setup and Optimization:
– Create and set up Facebook ad campaigns, ad sets, and ads using the Ads Manager platform.
– Implement proper targeting options, ad formats, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance.
– Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure efficient budget allocation and achieve desired KPIs.
– Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and campaign variables to identify successful strategies.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:
– Analyze campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
– Provide regular reports and insights to clients, highlighting campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
– Utilize data analysis tools and platforms to extract meaningful insights and identify optimization opportunities.
– Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising features on Facebook to adapt strategies accordingly.

Audience Targeting and Segmentation:
– Utilize Facebook’s targeting capabilities to identify and reach relevant audiences for each campaign.
– Segment audiences based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and custom audience lists.
– Develop retargeting strategies to engage with previous website visitors or engaged users.

Collaboration and Communication:
– Work closely with clients, account managers, and creative teams to align on campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
– Provide clear and concise communication regarding campaign progress, challenges, and recommendations.
– Collaborate with other marketing channels to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive marketing efforts.

Preferred Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred).
– Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Specialist or similar role, managing successful campaigns.
– Strong understanding of Facebook advertising platforms, including Ads Manager and Business Manager.
– In-depth knowledge of Facebook advertising policies, guidelines, and best practices.
– Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools to track campaign performance.
– Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.

Job Details:
– Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
– Fulltime, Work from home/anywhere
– Salary: PHP 40,000 to 50,000 negotiable depending on experience and skills
