Job Description: Facebook + Google Ad Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facebook + Google Ad Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Facebook Ad Manager, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing our Facebook advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Your expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and strategic thinking will be crucial in achieving our marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective Facebook + Google advertising strategies that align with the company’s marketing goals and target audience.
Create and manage a variety of Facebook + Google ad campaigns, including but not limited to, brand awareness, lead generation, retargeting, and product promotion.
Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign objectives, target audience segments, and messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Design visually appealing and engaging ad creatives that resonate with the target audience while adhering to brand guidelines.
Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to refine targeting and optimize ad placements.
Set up and monitor ad campaigns, including budget allocation, bid strategies, and A/B testing to maximize performance and return on investment.
Regularly analyze campaign performance data and metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve ad performance and achieve KPIs.
Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices related to Facebook advertising.
Collaborate with the design team to develop compelling visuals and ad copy that drive clicks and conversions.
Monitor competitive landscape and identify opportunities to enhance our ad strategies and stay ahead in the market.
Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
Stay informed about Facebook + Google ad platform updates and features, and implement them effectively to optimize campaign performance.

Qualifications:
Recommended but not required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. A relevant combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Proven experience as a Facebook Ad Manager or in a similar role, with a successful track record of managing and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns.
Proficiency in using Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and draw actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
Creative mindset with the ability to design effective ad creatives and compelling ad copy.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present performance reports.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and best practices.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during campaign setup and optimization.
