Position: Full-Time
Location: Remote (Working Pacific Standard Time Zone)

Overview:
Flare Digital AI, a leading digital advertising agency specializing in dental practices across the United States, is seeking a skilled Facebook/Google Ads Media Buyer with expertise in video and photo editing. This full-time position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage ad campaigns, optimize performance, and create compelling visual content to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

Ad Campaign Management:

– Set up Facebook and Google Ad campaigns for clients.
– Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure adherence to KPI targets.
– Optimize campaigns by updating creative elements, copy, calls to action, audience targeting, and landing pages/lead forms to reduce cost per result.

Copywriting and Creative Development:

– Write persuasive copy for Facebook and Google Ads.
– Edit client videos and create impactful ads that evoke emotion and generate outstanding results.
– Design ads using Canva.
– Edit logos and other creative elements using Photoshop.

Cold Email Campaign Management:

– Create, monitor, respond to, optimize, and report on cold email campaigns within Instantly.
– Clean email lists and restart campaigns as necessary.
– Conduct daily email campaign reporting.

Reporting and Campaign Analysis:

– Provide daily reports on client results and campaign updates.
– Monitor cold email campaigns on Instantly.
– Clean email lists and restart campaigns as necessary.
– Conduct daily email campaign reporting.

Client Onboarding and Support:

Assist in onboarding new clients into GoHighLevel.
Requirements:

Technical Skills:

Excellent English copywriting skills.
Familiarity with dental services such as Full Arch, Implants, Veneers, Smile Makeovers, and Clear Aligners.
Proficiency in Canva and Photoshop for ad design and creative editing.
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Facebook ads.
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Google ads.
Experience with cold email campaigns (Instantly experience is a bonus).
Experience managing Facebook and Google Ads in the United States.

Strong analytical skills for evaluating campaign performance.
Excellent communication skills.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate.
Bonuses are available based on performance.
