JOB DESCRIPTION
The Media Buyer will be responsible for planning, running and optimizing lead generation campaigns on our sites. He/she will develop an impactful and optimum KPI revenue focused plan to achieve internal objectives. He/she is expected to have a good knowledge of digital media and performance channels via Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok, as well as good analytical skills combined with campaign execution, optimization, and reporting experience.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has a proven US market track record of Digital media buying, creating and managing campaigns while driving conversions. You need to move and adapt fast to the pace that’s required and always be generating new ideas on how we can capture the market share for the niche we are in.

RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Run profitable campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok.
+ Planning, monitoring, and executing campaigns
+ Plan, suggest and create the ad creatives
+ Establish and execute new campaigns, follow-up and measure, analyze the results and the effectiveness, use this data to create proposals for CMO;
+ Analyze web metrics, generate campaign effectiveness reports, and recommend optimizations when appropriate to improve campaign performance
+ Budgets allocation to different campaigns and sources based on performances
+ Participate in the development and optimization of lead generation landing pages design to improve conversion rate
+ Perform pre-campaign research and gather statistics, and audience measurement reports to guide the buying process.
+ Coordinate with the sales team to reach and exceed clients’ objectives
+ Brainstorming new and creative advertising angles and marketing strategies
+ Identifying trends and insights, optimizing ad expenditure and performance based on these insights
+ Stay up-to-date with digital technology and market trends
+ Support the company team expansion and help to create the right company culture

REQUIREMENTS:
+ 2-3 years experience as a media buyer (preferably for a digital agency)
+ Minimum $500,000k total ad spend;
+ Ability to create and design Ads & copy
+ Good English verbal and written communication skills;
+ Ability to be productive working independently without micromanagement;
+ Excellent understanding of online media planning, implementation, and optimization;
+ Experienced and knowledgeable of digital planning and analytical tools, ad serving platforms, social media, and others
+ Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and coordinate with multiple internal and external teams

+ Experience with Google/YT ads
+ Experience with creating landing pages/sites via WordPress & Clickfunnels
+ Ability to write copy and create ad creatives (graphics & video)
+ Experience or Knowledge with HYROS

SALARY & BENEFITS
+ $500 per month to start for part-time work (20 Hours Per Week) 9am-1pm PST
+ Commissions & performance incentives
+ With exceptional performance, you could be eligible for a raise after 3 months or as soon as your 2 – month probationary period ends.
+ Once we get more company revenue in, we can then offer you a full-time role.
+ And to sweeten the pot, we also offer 13th-month and birthday bonuses to employees who have worked with us for 6 months or more.
