As a Virtual Assistant for HabibIdealz916, your primary responsibilities will include:

Facebook Management:

Managing and updating our Facebook page.
Posting regular updates, listings, and engaging content.
Following up with leads from our Facebook listings.
Closing deals and reaching out to customers.
Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
eBay Management:

Managing and updating our eBay store.
Listing new products with accurate descriptions and photos.
Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and messages on eBay.
Processing orders and ensuring timely shipping.
Handling returns and customer service issues related to eBay transactions.
Keeping track of inventory levels and coordinating restocking as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of Facebook and eBay platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable working environment.

Compensation Structure:

Conversations: Earn $25 for every 100 conversations initiated with potential leads. Each conversation must meet our quality standards and include your signature to verify your contact.
Deals Closed: Earn an additional $25 for every 25 deals you successfully close.
Performance Expectation: If you have not closed any sales after 200 conversations, your employment will be terminated.
How to Maximize Your Earnings:

Engage Leads: Proactively reach out to potential leads on Facebook and eBay, following up consistently to keep the conversation going.
Quality Interactions: Ensure each conversation meets our standards by being professional, informative, and persuasive.
Close Deals: Focus on converting conversations into sales. Your ability to close deals directly impacts your earning potential.
Document Your Work: Include your signature or a unique identifier in each conversation to verify your contact. f
