FB/TikTok Ads Manager/ CRM and Funnel Builder

I’m looking for someone to be our clients media buyer/CRM builder who is well versed in Facebook Ads and/or TikTok Ads (we use mostly tiktok ads but it’s similar to facebook) to help with our client fulfillment, helping new people get clear on their marketing and launching their campaigns, managing their ads for 20-30 days (you will be trained on exactly how we like to advertise). Someone who is experienced in different types of optimization techniques I.e. lead generation with lead magnets, purchase optimization and different techniques. Someone who has spent a lot of time on Facebook/Tiktok business centers and are familiar with their tools. Someone who is comfortable speaking directly with the clients to help them understand what we are doing for them and how to do it (so they can eventually do it on their own).
You would also help with building out their funnels and their automations within GoHighLevel so skills with email marketing/funnel building/automation building would be a huge plus. Starting with 30 hours and moving up.

* Have smartphone and laptop with a good internet connection
* Well versed in launching profitable ad campaigns
* Experienced with scaling ad campaigns
* Understands Ad policies
* Coachable and adaptable

Your Top Tasks:
-Understanding clients messaging
-Onboarding clients
-Building out customized email/sms automations using ChatGPT (Using GoHighLevel)
-Building funnels for their marketing
-Launching Campaigns with proper targeting for their market
-Performance monitoring, updating ad sets as needed
-Generating reports/Analysis for ad performance
-Tutorials for clients via zoom calls and loom videos
-Account management
-Horizontal and Vertical Scaling
-Meetings with internal team

Pay:
-$5.50 an hour plus bonus for every new client
-You will get incremental raises over time based on your growth.
