Job Overview:
The Amazon FBA Reconciliation Analyst is a full time job 40+ hours per week. Your work hours should be USA time zone.
You are responsible for meticulous tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of inventory across Amazon FBA platforms. This role involves ensuring accuracy in inventory levels, addressing discrepancies, managing returns, and conducting general analytical tasks to support the procurement and inventory management process.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Monitor and reconcile inventory reports, tracking missing units, and discrepancies within the Amazon FBA ecosystem.
• Initiate cases with Amazon FBA support for any missing units, following up diligently until resolution.
• Liaise with suppliers or brands to open cases for reimbursement when Amazon does not compensate for missing items.
• Regularly download and analyze returns and removal orders reports from Amazon Seller Central.
• Update and maintain a detailed returns/removal orders tracker to ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to confirm the status of returned goods, ensuring they are accounted for and processed correctly.
• Assist with the creation of buylists, accurately logging purchase orders using tools like Scanpower for procurement purposes.
• Perform general analysis tasks to identify trends, issues, and opportunities within the inventory management system.
• Develop and present regular reports to inventory management and procurement teams, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of work experience after college.
• Excellent with excel. Can easily do pivot tables, vlookups..
• Proven experience working with Amazon FBA 3P seller including Amazon Seller Central
• Proven experience in inventory analysis, reconciliation, or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
