Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Reimbursements Expert to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our sellers receive the maximum reimbursement for discrepancies and issues in their Amazon selling accounts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon’s reimbursement processes, be proficient in data analysis, and be able to work independently to identify and rectify discrepancies.

You will be solely focused on getting the maximum amount of Reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Account Auditing: Perform daily audits of Amazon seller accounts to identify potential reimbursement opportunities.
Data Analysis: Analyze large sets of data to identify discrepancies, overcharges, and other reimbursement-worthy issues.
Reimbursement Recovery: Initiate and manage the reimbursement process with Amazon to ensure sellers receive the funds they are owed.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline the reimbursement process.
Best Practices: Continuously stay updated with Amazon’s policies and guidelines and guide best practices to optimize seller accounts.
Reporting: Generate reports and provide insights on reimbursement trends and recovery progress.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all reimbursement activities.

Qualifications:

Experience: Need experience in Amazon reimbursement processes and Case Management. Vendor Central Experience is a plus! (Chargebacks and Disputes)
Data Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and working with large datasets.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and proactively identify reimbursement opportunities.
Amazon Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s seller policies, FBA processes, and reimbursement procedures.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate reimbursements.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Process Improvement: Experience in creating and implementing SOPs is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex reimbursement issues.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to assist in various aspects of seller account management.

Must be responsive and work U.S hours when starting.
