Job Description

We are a thriving e-commerce company specializing in wholesale operations and product sourcing. Our mission is to deliver top-quality products to our customers while fostering strong partnerships with US-based wholesale suppliers. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven FBA Wholesale Account Manager and Product Sourcing Specialist to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

– Identify potential US based wholesale suppliers and establish relationships by reaching out via email and phone.
– Initiate contact with potential US based wholesale suppliers via email or phone to express interest in establishing a wholesale account.
– Provide necessary documentation, such as business registration details, tax identification numbers, and any other required information, to meet supplier requirements for opening an account.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier information, contracts, and communication for future reference.
– Communicate with suppliers to request product lists.
– Utilize software tools to analyze product catalog lists manually for profitability and estimated monthly sales.
– Utilize specialized software tools and resources to conduct reverse sourcing on the Amazon platform.
– Evaluate product profitability by considering factors such as Amazon fees, shipping costs, and potential sales volume.
– Select and recommend products based on analysis, profitability, and market potential.
– Prepare an Excel sheet containing all the relevant information for each profitable product, including product details, pricing, estimated ROI, estimated monthly sales, gating parameters and other relevant data.
– Communicate findings and recommendations to the purchasing team and management to inform sourcing decisions.
*NOTE: Must be comfortable calling wholesale distributors to create accounts if necessary*
