We need a FEMALE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT w/ DATA ENTRY experience that has a background in FINANCE or BANK LOANS whether educational or prior work experience.

We are a Financial Assistance and Funding Professional Services company looking for an experienced ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills that has prior DATA ENTRY and FINANCE SERVICES work experience.

We will provide orientation and training on our company workflows, SOPs, and platforms. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner and be proficient or at least very familiar within 2 weeks of joining us. Job Specification and Requirements:
– Must have experience in an Administrative / Executive Assistant position (at least 3 years)
– Must have prior work experience in DATA ENTRY
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Commerce or Prior Work Experience with Banks / Loans / Financial Services Companies (BIG BONUS)
– Must be proficient in verbal and written English (C2 or above)
– Must be organized and HAS GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL
– Must have a close-to-American or neutral accent
– Able to research and perform tasks with minimum supervision
– Must be proactive & has great initiative
– Must be a problem-solver and a go-getter
– Experience with GO HIGH-LEVEL CRM Platform (PREFERRED)
– DEPENDABLE & TRUSTWORTHY

Must have Relevant Experience in:
– Email Management
– Calendar Management
– Data Entry
– Administrative Assistance / Executive Assistance
– Go High-Level CRM
– Microsoft Suite Tools (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, etc.)
– Google Suite Tools (Spreadsheet, Docs, etc.)

Technical/Workspace Specifications:
– Internet not lower than 10 MBPS
– Backup internet
– Noise cancellation headset
– Webcam
– Back-up Power is a HUGE BONUS!
