Female Appointment Setter

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new leads and setting up appointments for our sales team to pitch our products and services to potential clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

*Communicate effectively with potential clients to introduce our products and services and persuade them to set up appointments.
*Set up appointments for the medical spa / clinics so they can sell their services
*Keep accurate records of all leads, appointments, and sales-related activities in the company’s CRM system.
* Follow up with potential clients to ensure that appointments are kept and to reschedule appointments where necessary.
Requirements:
* Experience as an Medical Spa Appointment Setter or in a similar role is ideal
* Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
* Experience with Go High Level CRM software is great but not neccasary and proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
* Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to persuade potential clients to set up appointments.
