Female Appointment Setter for Instagram Pages (Make money online niche)

Hello there, our team is looking for female appointment setters to do DM marketing. The tasks that we require are: managing incoming comments, DMs and reaching out to recent page followers for our Instagram and TikTok theme pages in the wealth/make money online niche to book appointments with qualified leads. We are also asking our candidates to follow-up with those qualified leads and turn them from cold leads to warm leads (via Free Value & Pre-call VSL that our team will provide) and promote our high-ticket 1-on-1 Mentoring Program on Theme Page growth, monetization & scaling.

Our Ideal Applicants Must:
* be At Least fluent in the English language,
* have previous experience with setting
* be okay with working 8 hour shifts – 7 days a week
* agree on earning based on performance (for number of qualified appointments booked & deals closed).

KPI (Per Shift):
* Minimum # of outreach (inbound & outbound): 150
* Target # of qualified appointments: 2-3

Valued Skillsets
Having experience with: Instagram marketing, appointment setting for 1-on-1 coaches and being able to work during US timezones will also be taken into consideration when selecting the right candidates.

Personal Trainings & Type of Employment
There will be regular trainings from our team (Yusuf & head coach) to ensure that you, as a setter, know Exactly what is expected from you, and can perform to the best of your capabilities. Beside that, we’d like to emphasise that this is a full-time and long-term based job offer, and applicants that are looking to combine multiple jobs will be rejected!

Salary
As mentioned previously, the pay will be based on performance. We will be paying each time you schedule an appointment with a qualified lead. And for every deal closed, you will get paid an additional 4-6% of the cash collected, depending on the mentorship offer that the client has proceeded with. (This is excluding the bonuses that will be paid out for record weeks, months etc.)
