Female Appointment Setter For Theme Pages

Hello there, I’m Yusuf. Our team is looking for female appointment setters to do DM marketing. The tasks that we require are: managing incoming comments, DMs and reaching out to recent page followers for our Instagram and TikTok theme pages in the wealth/make money online niche to book appointments with qualified leads. We are also asking our candidates to follow-up with those qualified leads and turning them from cold leads to warm leads (via pre-call VSL) and promote my 1-on-1 Mentoring (high ticket) on Theme Page growth, monetization & scaling.

Our Ideal Applicants Must:
* be At Least fluent in the English language,
* be hungry to Learn (Adapt) & Earn
* work a minimum of 8 hour shifts
* have previous experience with setting
* work with Google sheets/Excel to monitor leads and follow-ups & closed deals, and
* be acceptable with earning based on performance (for # of qualified appointments booked and deals closed).

Statistics – Per Shift (8+ hrs):
* Minimum # of outreach (inbound & outbound): 250
* Target # of qualified appointments: 2-3

Valued Skillsets
Having experience with: Instagram marketing, appointment setting for 1-on-1 coaches, being able to work during US timezones and availability to working longer shifts will also be taken into consideration when selecting the right candidates.

Personal Trainings & Type of Employement
There will be trainings from me personally to ensure that you, as a setter, know Exactly what is expected from you, and can do the tasks with minimal management needed, ensuring you to work freely, moving forward. Note that this is a full-time and long-term based job offer, and applicants that are looking to combine multiple jobs will be rejected!

Salary
As mentioned previously, the pay will be based on performance. We will be paying each time you schedule an appointment with a qualified lead. And for every deal closed, you will get paid an additional 4-6% of the cash collected, depending on the mentorship offer that the client has proceeded with. (This is excluding the bonuses that will be paid out for record weeks, months etc.)
