Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to handle inbound calls and provide outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing information about our real estate services. Additionally, the representative will handle a few marketing-related phone calls and support our marketing efforts. PLEASE NOTE: ONLY CANDIDATES WITH UPDATED CV AND AN INTRO VIDEO WILL BE PROCESSED.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from clients and prospective customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information about our real estate services, listings, and company policies.
Address customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively.
Handle a few marketing-related phone calls, including inquiries about promotions and campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support ongoing marketing efforts.
Document and update customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
Follow up with clients as needed to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company services, new listings, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or real estate is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other office applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work the designated hours of 9 AM – 5 PM PST.
