Female Video Editor/Producer Wanted – Must have TikTok-style experience + Fluent English

This is a pretty unique position if you are the right person for it…

If we work well together, we’ll have a ton of opportunities ongoing.

I need someone who thinks like a video producer and not merely a video editor.

*** (Ideally a female, but everyone is welcome to apply!
For whatever reason.. I’ve had far better experiences hiring female creatives than males in the past.)

We produce content for our clients’ Facebook, YouTube and TikTok advertisements.

Here are the most basic requirements;

#1 – You must have some previous experience with TikTok style videos or similar – Short form, and super engaging.

#2 – Your English needs to be fluent or better as our communication will often be detailed.

#3 – You need to be reliable with turnaround times.

#4 – Be resourceful and go the extra mile to deliver on projects – There’s no cap on creativity here.

(Compensation is flexible and can absolutely increase based on your ability and performance.)

That’s about it!

I’d like to get to a place where our flow looks like this…

#1 – We hand you off a video script

#2 – You use some of our AI tools to turn that script into audio narration (We’ll provide training)

#3 – We provide footage and general direction on what’s needed

#4 – You produce multiple versions and share back with the team

This position gives you a lot of creative freedom.

But you also need to be excellent at listening to feedback.

We’ve done this for a long time and simply know what works and what doesn’t for online content.

(This in itself will improve your skill as a content creator in the process, which is a super valuable skill.)

I’m also looking for someone who’s fun to work with..

A warm personality and a can-do attitude are critical.

(A sense of humor won’t hurt either! lol)
