Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Female Virtual Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging potential prospects through outbound outreach activities. You will utilize your exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport, understand needs, and ultimately drive sales.
Full Remote Position: Yes
Work Hours and Schedule: Full time 11am – 7 pm MST, Part time 2pm – 7pm MST.
Work Duration: Part time with the ability to transition to full time depending on performance.
Experience: Cold calling and sales in the real estate industry preferred.
Language: English – Proficient/Fluent
Rate: $5/hr. starting, but subject to experience in the field with benefits and incentive bonuses.

System Requirements:
This is a work at home scenario. You need to have a quiet working space, you will be answering calls and responding to text messages.
Computer Processor / RAM: at least core i5 5th Generation processor or equivalent and 8GB of RAM.
Primary Connection: 10 Mbps plan (fiber connection preferred)
Back Up Connection: 5 Mbps plan
USB type headset with the noise – canceling feature

Responsibilities:
– Conduct research to identify target prospects and potential opportunities within our defined markets
– Develop and execute outbound sales strategies through cold calls, emails, social media, and other channels
– Engage prospects through warm outreach, leveraging your strong interpersonal skills to build relationships
– Effectively communicate our value proposition and product/service offerings to capture prospect interest
– Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes
– Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales activities within our CRM system
– Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing insights and feedback to refine strategies

Requirements:
– Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development roles
– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas simply
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
– Proactive self-starter with a hunter mentality and the drive to exceed targets
– Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM software, and prospecting techniques
– Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
– Resilience and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
