Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and multi-talented female virtual assistant to join our small business team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in English (both written and spoken) as many tasks will involve email communication. This role requires someone who can manage various tasks, wear multiple hats, and excel in an organized, detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:
o • Communicate effectively with clients via email and ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests.
o • Gather and organize documents and records as needed for client transactions and projects.
o • Qualify leads to determine their suitability for our services.
o • Review applications and documents submitted by clients, ensuring all necessary information is provided.
o • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, making notes and updates as necessary.
o • Create and maintain lead trackers to monitor marketing efforts and track client interactions.
o • Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by the management team.
o • Design and create engaging newsletters to keep in contact with leads and nurture client relationships.
o • Utilize email marketing platforms to distribute newsletters and track engagement metrics.
o • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices in email marketing to ensure newsletters are effective & impactful.
o Manage social media (Facebook/IG/Pinterest) and content creation.
o Booking travel.
o scheduling appointments
o Ensure organized and efficient workflow across all tasks.
o Assist in introducing and managing platforms to streamline business operations.
• Social Media and Marketing:
o Manage all social media channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
o Create content calendars, develop compelling copy, and align with the brand.
o Post content regularly and drive engagement on social media platforms.
o Analyze marketing efforts, and track performance
o Continuously improve engagement, impact, and conversions.
• Research and Strategy:
o Research market trends and forecast to develop marketing strategies.
o Measure effectiveness and adjust campaigns based on metrics.
o Optimize SEO on blog and website overall.
• Content Creation and Reporting:
o Create compelling content, collateral, and copy based on the content calendar.
o Use tools to track website traffic, conversion rates, and other metrics.
o Report high-level results to the CEO and update performance metrics.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English, especially in writing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Suites and Google Docs.
• Experience in managing social media platforms and creating content.
• Ability to research market trends and develop marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to gauge performance and ensure KPIs are met.
• Must have a good, secured, and fast internet connection.
