Role Overview:

We are in search of a highly skilled Website and Graphic Designer who excels in creating exceptional websites in Figma, ready for development. The ideal candidate possesses a meticulous eye for detail, designing websites that not only look stunning but also convert. Beyond static design, we value designers who can infuse animations into their Figma prototypes, adding a layer of interactivity and engagement.

While web design is the cornerstone of this role, your graphic design expertise will also play a pivotal role. We anticipate your contribution across a variety of design needs, supporting our mission to deliver unparalleled marketing and consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

Design cutting-edge websites in Figma, ensuring they are both aesthetically pleasing and optimized for conversion.
Incorporate animations and interactive elements into website prototypes to enhance user engagement.
Contribute to a broad range of graphic design projects, including digital assets, branding materials, and promotional content.
Collaborate closely with our development team to ensure designs are accurately brought to life.
Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, continuously pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in web and graphic design.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in website and graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing Figma prototypes of the highest quality.
A strong foundation in design principles, user experience, and branding.
Proficiency in Figma, including the ability to create animations and interactive prototypes.
Versatility in graphic design, capable of creating a wide array of visual content.
Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively in a remote team environment.
