Figma Email Marketing Graphic Designer

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a specialty in email marketing design to join us. This role demands creativity, an extremely high level of skill in Figma, and the ability to produce exceptional email marketing templates and designs from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design and develop high-quality, original email marketing templates and visuals specifically for Klaviyo campaigns and flows without relying on pre-existing templates.
– Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling design concepts.
– Ensure all designs are optimized for conversion, responsive across all devices, and aligned with our clients’ brand guidelines.
– Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously (up to 10 clients at a time), from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
– Continuously research and implement best practices in email design to enhance campaign performance.
– Provide and receive feedback within the team to improve outcomes and support a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements:

– Proven expertise in Figma, specifically with a focus on designing for email marketing campaigns and flows.
– At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a significant portion dedicated to email marketing.
– Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to design work, from understanding briefs to executing high-quality designs.
– Ability to work efficiently under pressure and deliver designs that impress clients while adhering to tight deadlines.
– Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English and Tagalog, facilitating smooth collaboration with team members and clients.
– A portfolio showcasing your best work in email design, demonstrating creativity, skill, and effectiveness in achieving marketing goals.
