Overview:
Northera is seeking a creative and experienced Landing Page designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design and a deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles. The Figma Website Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly Landing Page designs using Figma, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring all designs align with the company’s branding and goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the project manager and other team members to determine project scope, objectives, and timelines.
Develop high-converting, high-quality, responsive website designs using Figma, ensuring compatibility across various devices and platforms.
Apply UX/UI design principles to create user-centered designs that enhance user experience and drive engagement.
Participate in design reviews and iterate on feedback to ensure designs meet the desired specifications and quality standards.
Work closely with developers to ensure design elements are accurately implemented and function as intended.
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in web design.
Consistently communicate project updates and progress to relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a landing page, with a strong focus on Figma.
– Demonstrable portfolio showcasing Figma website design projects.
– Strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
– Proficiency in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
– Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
– Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Familiarity with web accessibility guidelines and standards.

Working Conditions:
This position is fully remote and requires a reliable internet connection, computer, and workspace. The Figma Website Designer will report to the project manager and collaborate with other team members as needed. Regular communication via video conferencing, email, and other digital platforms is required.
