Figma to klaviyo email implemeter (Klaviyo editor wizard)

We are looking for a talented E-mail implementer who can take Figma designs and translate them to Klaviyo templates. The ideal candidate will have experience in Klaviyo for ecommerce brands and experience in Figma.

You should know everything about setting the right padding, (dynamic) link structures, p elements, dynamic sections, conditional logic and more.

You will be working with a young and hungry team who are obsessed about creating the best possible E-mails for their clients. You will be designing E-mails for big ecommerce brands in the Netherlands and around the world.

Objectives of this role:

– Implementing email campaigns from figma to klaviyo
– Implementing flow emails from figma to klaviyo
– Implementing GIFS
– Compressing content
– Using the klaviyo editor
– Using dynamic content
– Using klaviyo logic
– Implementing alt texts
– Changing div elements to p elements
– Good understanding of dark mode and email paddings.
– Downloading transparent png files from figma
– Making sure email file sizes don’t get too large (under 90kb)

Later
– Creating flow structures
– Creating campaigns
– Creating segments
– Creating sign-up forms

Responsibilities:

– Coordinates with internal teams, including marketing, in the design concept phase through completion of a project.
– Implementing emails to the highest standards for big clients
– Navigating Klaviyo
– Meets deadlines.
– Processes feedback quickly.
– Keeps up to date with the latest trends in Ecommerce E-mail design, Figma and Klaviyo

Required skills and qualifications:

– Exceptional Figma and Klaviyo experience and knowledge
– Knows some code
– Knows dark mode
– Knows mobile break points
– Knows how to use padding the right way
– Knows how to use dynamic content and logic
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
– Desire to continue building your skill set with education and training

Nice to have:

– Big plus if you have previous experience with E-mail design for Ecommerce brands.
– Big plus if you have previous experience with landing page design for Ecommerce brands
– Big plus if you have experience with a project management tool like Clickup, Asana, Trello or Monday.
