Overview

LevelUp is a specialist agency that provides WordPress technical support for vendors, agencies and website owners. We have been servicing a number of WordPress plugin and theme companies for over 5 years now, and have a rapidly growing team of skilled and passionate WordPress professionals. In line with the steady expansion of the company, we now need to hire a superstar Finance & Admin Associate, who will be responsible for preparation of highly important financial & performance reports, recording of all financial transactions, processing invoices, and preparation of employee payroll.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Finance & Administration experience and is capable of taking accountability for completing various financial tasks accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate would be a highly organized and process-driven individual with the ability to handle and be trusted with confidential information.

Finance & Admin Associate Responsibilities
Finance

Accounts reconciliation using Xero accounting software

Prepare & send client invoices using invoicing spreadsheets and Xero

Prepare employee and contractor payroll, ensuring timely and accurate preparation so that every team member receives their salary, correct and on-time

Manage bills, receipts, & invoices, ensuring they are organized into the correct Google Drive folders and are in sync with Xero

Accounts receivable and chasing up of overdue client invoices

Accounts payable and chasing up of contractor invoices

Prepare internal financial reports in Google Sheets, using data from Xero and other internal reporting spreadsheets

Prepare internal financial forecasts in Google Sheets, based on data and direction provided by the Operations Director
Admin

Preparation of weekly & monthly support performance reports using Google Sheets and collecting data from various support help desks and internal performance data.

Create or update various reporting spreadsheets based on new reporting requirements provided by the leadership team

Keep team attendance & schedule tracking spreadsheets up to date with latest attendance and schedule changes

The Ideal Candidate…

…has at least 1 – 2 years experience in a Finance and Admin role

…is proficient in Google Sheets and Xero Accounting Software

…is in their element working with numbers and spreadsheets

…is organised and diligent, especially when it comes to working with numbers

…has excellent written & spoken English skills, and can communicate clearly and precisely

Additional Information…

This is a fully remote position

Flexible working hours but predominantly 10am to 7pm PHT
