Role Overview:
We are looking for a Finance Admin with a solid background in finance and management, ideally with experience in the mortgage broker/banking sector in Australia. This role requires a proactive, knowledgeable individual capable of handling finance-related tasks independently.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the finance status of each client, ensuring accuracy and tracking finance due dates.
– Manage trackers and maintain collaboration with coaches and team members.
– Handle tasks related to mortgage brokers and banks, liaising with partner financial institutions.
– Ensure timely and accurate processing of client finance transactions.
– Keep invoices and receipts on track.
– Collaborate with team members to streamline finance processes and enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in finance, preferably within the mortgage broker/banking sector in Australia.
– Strong management skills with the ability to lead and oversee financial operations.
– Excellent understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
– Ability to work independently and make informed decisions without constant supervision.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in Google Workspace, Spreadsheets, and related tools.
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Technical Requirements:
– At least 8GB RAM and i5 processor or equivalent
– Minimum 100 Mbps download and upload internet speed
– Backup internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
– Adept at learning new technology swiftly
