We are looking for a Finance Administrator. As the Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities related to the pharmacy business and SaaS platform. This includes bookkeeping, accounting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both pharmacy retail operations and technology-driven SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Supervise the bookkeeping operations, guaranteeing precise and punctual recording of financial transactions.
Keep financial records organized and current.
Supervise the procedures for accounts payable and accounts receivable to guarantee prompt payments and smooth cash flow.
Collaborate with vendors and clients to resolve any inquiries related to billing or payments.
Collaborate closely with the CFO to supervise the financial facets of operations, ensuring precise and punctual financial reporting.
Administer financial controls, procedures, and systems to protect company assets.
Ensure adherence to pertinent accounting standards, regulations, and optimal industry practices.
Mitigate financial risks by implementing efficient internal controls and risk management protocols.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA. (non-negotiable)
Knowledge of US GAAP (non-negotiable)
Experience in Finance roles in the US Healthcare industry. (non-negotiable)
Candidates should possess 7+ years of experience in financial management, with expertise in pharmacy operations and SaaS platforms.
Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with accounting methods specific to pharmacies and accrual methodologies.
Proven leadership experience overseeing financial functions in complex business settings is essential.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities are necessary, along with the capacity to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are also required.

Requirements:

Own computer (Windows 10 or higher, at least 8GB RAM and at least Intel i5 or Ryzen 5 processor)
Work-from-home experience
Noise-cancelling headset
Private, distraction-free environment
Reliable high-speed internet access (non-Wifi connection for computer)
Experience working from home in a high-level Financial role

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $2,500 to $3,000 per month, based on experience
