At our core – we are a customer service business that provides end-of-life services to clients in Australia. We have a fantastic team based in the Philippines that is growing rapidly. We are excited to offer an opportunity for a talented Finance Administrator/Payment Analyst to join our team. This role is integral to our customer experience and providing the best possible care right up until the end of our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Payment Analyst/Finance Administrator plays a crucial role in managing financial transactions, analysing payment processes, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of financial principles. The individual in this role will also be speaking directly with our families to coordinate payments of their invoices, payments of their prepaid cremation services and other financial enquiries that they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

Payment Processing:
– Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions.
– Ensure accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures.
– Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues.

Financial Analysis:
– Analyse payment data to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
– Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Process Improvement:
– Identify opportunities for process improvement in payment workflows.
– Work with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Technology Utilisation:
– Leverage financial systems and tools to streamline payment processes.
– Stay current on advancements in financial technology to recommend and implement improvements.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:
– Maintain organised and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
– Ensure compliance with document retention policies.
