Job Description

What you’ll be doing:
Responsible for helping an organization or company make important business decisions based on financial data. This role performs critical roles in business by analyzing and examining data and coming up with accurate and efficient information on profitability, credibility, solidity, and liquidity.
Sales & Project Analysis
• Liaison between accounting & treasury and sales & PM-PMO
• Works with above for sales proposals, PO, bids, service agreements and, etc.
• Manage risk controls and optimization of margins and cashflow.
• Manage all project related activities in the accounts payable/receivable to ensure monthly closing is done on time.
• Monitors the anniversary dates of all licenses and ensure that these are billed on time.
• Monitors each project such as services and SI services and sales partition is properly applied.
• Coordinates with partners regarding the invoices of the project cost.
• Coordinates with the client proponent regarding the status of each billing and ensure that invoice is in good order.
• Coordinates with the project manager/sales regarding the status of each project.
• Creates request for invoice for billing and request for payment for payables to partners/suppliers
o Ensure that invoice is correct before releasing to client proponent.
o Monitors the status of billing and payment to supplier.
o Ensure that payment is on time.
• Prepares project P&L and cashflows for the project management.
• Prepares Non-disclosure agreement for new business opportunities.
• Validates and perform due diligence to business documents such as proposals, contracts, purchase orders, service agreements and, etc.
Budget and Reporting
• Manage the budget for payment of Partner/Supplier’s Invoice for COGS.
• Support Accounting & Treasury in internal financial reporting requirements.
• Reviews report from A&T on cashflow statement, financial and collection report.
• Prepares financial analysis & forecasting regarding existing and new business activities.
• Prepares margin analysis and execute decision making.
• Monitors capital market (interest rates, forex, etc.)
Team management & business development support
• Arrange/assist paid partner trainings if any.
• Validate each timesheet before requesting for invoice.
• Compliance & Analysis
• Manage the government compliance of the company.
o SEC Filings or corporate documents
o Local Government Requirements
• Coordinates with the company legal adviser on compliance matters.
Supplier and Partner Accreditation
• Attend compliance trainings if any.
• Renewals of vendor accreditation
• Prepares and comply for new vendor accreditation.
• Updating of company profile, list of clients and suppliers
Other tasks and assignments that may be given or assigned to you.
What you bring to the table:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance Management, Accountancy or any equivalent courses.
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills
• Fresh graduates are encouraging to apply.
• 0-3 years work experience as finance analyst or other relevant experience is a plus.
