Job description
Hybrid role between Finance and Account Management (communication with our clients)
Assisting the account receivables and account payables manager in whatever tasks they need.
Fully in charge of a brand new process liaising the account management, sales, finance departments and our clients
9am-6pm (GMT+1), Monday to Friday
Team
You will have a hybrid role between the Finance team and the AM team. A brand new position, waiting for you to be shaped as per your aspirations!
Finance team
2 London based team members (the Head of Finance and the assistant of the HF)
2 Philippines-based team members (the payables manager and the receivables manager)
Account Management team
1 London-based team member (Head of Account Management)
1 Philippines-based team member (Assistant to the HAM)
From time to time you will be in touch with all the other teams: design, sales, product, operations

Requirements
ENTRY LEVEL as long as you can search and filter DATA!
You NEED to enjoy working in a team. No shame in being a lone wolf but if that is you, then this job is not for you

Comfortable with Excel and Google spreadsheets
