Job Description

MAINDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Receivable/Payable
o Knowledge of the Xero platform to keep the up to date and with integrity
o Prepare the books in consultation with our accountants
o Maintain a database of customer details and correct coding
o All account activities are documented in knowledge base
o Provide copy invoices and statements to customers as requested
o Maintain, Monitor and respond to emails for 2 accounts email accounts
o Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and
other irregularities and
o Follow up of outstanding debts. Outbound phone preferred
o Notify management of delinquent accounts each month
o Create new accounts in Xero & WFM2
o Develop, improve and maintain written systems & procedures in Get Guru

Payroll management
o Prepare for payment of Ph staff
o Record annual leave and sick days
o Ensure employment contract benefits are delivered to staff
o For Australian staff, ensure superannuation payments are made in accordance with ATO requirements and employment contract terms

Cash flow forecast
o Ensure that management has visibility of cash flow for a minimum of 12months in advance
o Keep the cash flow forecast up to date for weekly reporting to management

Staff Management
o Managing the coordinator to ensure tasks are completed effectively
o Ensure rented assets are added to the PPSR database

Other
o process credit card payments if/when required (TBA)
o on boarding of new client including recording details, contracts and direct debits
o Preparation of reports for our music suppliers

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualification
o Accounting Degree or any Finance related degree (Minimum)
o MBA (Preferred)

Experience:
o At least 3 years’ experience in administration and bookkeeping
o Detailed knowledge of and experience with Xero accounting software
