We’re on the lookout for a committed individual to join our East Coast-based family-run residential property management company. As we continue to expand, we’re eager to grow our remote team with individuals who can make a meaningful difference in our operations. Position Requirements (inclusive of but not necessarily limited to the following):
* ·       Tracking and following up on account delinquencies (Level I)
* ·       Setting up payment arrangements where needed
* ·       Entering expenditures for maintenance work completed by internal technicians and vendors
* ·       Processing payments of property utility invoices
* ·       Applying utility charges to owner or tenant ledgers
* ·       Coordinating on/off services with utility companies for new properties
* ·       Processing payment of approved vendor invoices
* ·       Oversight and coordination of user privileges on software utilities by the team
* ·       Conducting quality assurance/audit processes on company assets
* ·       Providing administrative support to the operations team as needed
* ·   Available to work 8:30am – 5:30 pm Eastern Time Zone
* · Must have reliable internet access
* · Must have good phone and English speaking skills

Required Experience:
* ·       Administrative or clerical experience in an office environment, ideally in property management, real estate, or the construction industry; however, all strong candidates will be considered
* ·       Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* ·       Customer service-oriented with sound business judgment
* ·       Self-motivated with strong prioritization abilities
* ·       Demonstrates a sense of urgency when completing tasks
* ·       Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic Excel for creating and managing spreadsheets
* ·       Highly detail-oriented and organized
* ·       Strong verbal and written communication skills
