Key Responsibilities:
?Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports
?Skillfully import bank transactions into the P&L statement sheet
?Collaborate to finalize the company’s P&L statement
?Diligently monitor and review incoming and outgoing bank transactions, investigating payment details when necessary
?Provide expert advice on budgeting and cashflow strategies to drive company growth
?Innovate and optimize the company’s bookkeeping processes for maximum efficiency

Qualifications We Seek:
?Proficiency in office management tools such as Google Spreadsheets and Excel
?An analytical mind.
?A flexible, hardworking A-player, committed to delivering results
?A self-motivated self-starter with unwavering attention to detail
?Exceptional skills in calculations and data management
?Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero or Quickbooks
?CPA board passer
?Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
?Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
?Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets
?Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk
?Analysing market trends and competitors
