Role Overview:
As our Finance Expert, you will play a pivotal role in our team, working closely with the Supply Manager to ensure financial clarity and efficiency in our operations. You will be the backbone of our financial decision-making, providing clear, accurate data that informs our purchases, budgeting, and overall financial strategy. Your insights will enable us to optimize our costs and investments, ensuring the sustainable growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
– Monitor and manage company finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
– Provide detailed financial analysis to support decision-making, identifying opportunities for cost-saving and investment.
– Work closely with the Supply Manager to ensure timely and cost-effective ordering and inventory management.
– Prepare and present weekly financial reports in our team meetings, offering insights and recommendations for financial growth.
– Maintain and improve financial models and forecasts using Excel, ensuring they meet our complex business needs.
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, keeping the company financially healthy and aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
– Proven expertise in financial management, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
– Exceptional skills in Excel and financial modeling.
– Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
– Experience with Shopify is a must.
– Ability to work [3-5 hours] weekly, with flexibility for meetings and collaboration with the team.
– Strong analytical skills, with the ability to provide clear and actionable insights from complex data.
– A proactive and dynamic approach to financial management, with a track record of contributing to business growth.
