Position Overview:
As the Finance Manager at Classe Auto Sales LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finance and insurance (F&I) operations. You will work closely with customers to secure financing for vehicle purchases, maximize profitability through aftermarket product sales, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Responsibilities:
Manage the finance and insurance (F&I) department, including hiring, training, and supervising staff.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability through financing, aftermarket product sales, and other revenue-generating opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, lenders, and insurance providers to secure competitive financing options for customers.
Guide customers through the financing process, explaining terms, rates, and payment options, and assisting with the completion of paperwork.
Review and verify customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lending guidelines.
Present and sell aftermarket products and services, such as extended warranties, GAP insurance, and vehicle protection plans, to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Regulation Z, and other relevant laws and regulations.
Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in F&I operations.
Prepare financial reports and forecasts, analyze financial data, and provide recommendations for improving profitability and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Strong understanding of finance and lending principles, with knowledge of automotive financing products and services.
