Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Regional Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in the Philippines. As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the overall financial health of our organization across Malaysia, the Philippines, and Singapore.
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast company performance.
Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate with department heads to prepare and manage annual budgets.
Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Cash Flow Management:
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimize working capital.
Implement effective cash management policies and procedures.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly desirable.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial management or a related role.
Must have a strong background in tax and compliance
Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Experience with financial software (Xero)
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide meaningful insights.
