Job Description

This role overseas the financial operations of the companies, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, compliance with financial regulations and efficient management of accounts receivable and payable. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to process payment applications, manage legal disputes, debt collection and ensure compliance with the Personal Property securities register (PPSR). This role will perform administrative tasks related to Simseal and Seal’em Solutions, including inventory, stock control, logistics as well as reconciling financial records and ensuring compliance with BAS and GST regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accounts Receivable – manage and monito incoming payments from clients.
• Accounts Payable – manages companies outgoing payments to supplier and vendors.
• Manage and execute client’s specific payment systems – Pay Apps, Hammertech, Buildertrend
• PPSR – manage registrations and compliance with the PPSR and clients.
• Debt Collection – Pursue outstanding payment from clients and resolve delinquent accounts.
• Legal and disputes – Deals with legal matters and disputes, ensuring resolution in compliance with regulations.
• Reconciliation – Ensure financial records align and reconcile with transactions and statements.
• BAS and GST – manage and ensure compliance with business activity statements and goods and services tax regulations for all entities and business units.
• Process and set up credit applications.
• Invoicing – responsible for generating and processing invoices accurately, timely and daily for all entities where necessary.

• Seal’em Solutions – Job sheets and approval for invoicing – ensure that the job sheets are complete, accurate and approved before initiating the invoice process.
• Seal’em Solutions – ensure that all jobs are invoiced as per the schedule.
• Manage and oversea the correct invoicing, orders, inventory, stock control, delivery scheduling and logistics.

General
• Follow safe workplace practices.
• Report any unsafe work conditions, hazards or new misses to supervisors.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly when required.
• Apply proper manual handling techniques when required.
