Finance Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

•Oversee the month-end close process of our multiple entities.
•Monitor our outsourced accounting team and manage the close process.
•Perform in-depth analysis and research on transactions that impact the close process.
•Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
•Mentor and train finance team members to enhance their skills and professional development.
•Drive cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for revenue growth while adhering to robust financial policies and procedures.
•Collaborate closely with other departments to provide financial guidance, support budget planning, and facilitate cross-functional initiatives.
•Communicate financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders effectively, supporting strategic decision-making by senior management.
•Monitor cash flow projections, manage cash balances, and optimize cash utilization to meet operational needs effectively.
Conduct periodic audits and implement corrective measures to ensure transparency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
•Manage financial resources efficiently, control financial status, and proactively address financial challenges or risks.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

•Proven experience of at least 2 years in a Controller, Finance Manager, or similar leadership role, demonstrating expertise in financial management and analysis.
•Strong financial analysis and reporting skills, with a track record of developing insightful financial reports.
•It is essential to be able to research complex transactions, identify root causes, and communicate possible solutions to stakeholders.
•Experience in the construction or real estate industry.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
•Proficiency in financial software such as Xero along with advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, for financial modeling
•CPA or MBA is highly preferred; a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required
•Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 45 wpm+)

Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday 2 am to 10 am EST // Monday to Friday 2 pm-10 pm PHT
Salary Range: PHP 80-100,000 Monthly
