Finance Manager

We are seeking an trustworthy experienced Finance Manager to oversee and optimize our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in cash flow planning, account management, budgeting, forecasting, and proficiency in overseeing bookkeeping functions. Familiarity with US, AUS accountancy and expertise in managing CPF for Singapore payroll are essential for success in this role.

Position Overview:

The Finance Manager will play a key role in managing the financial health of the organization, ensuring effective cash flow, accurate bookkeeping, and providing strategic insights through budgeting and forecasting. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of financial processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Knowledge of US accountancy practices and experience in handling CPF for Singapore payroll are crucial aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Flow Planning:

Develop and maintain robust cash flow forecasts to support operational needs.
Implement strategies to optimize cash flow efficiency and liquidity management.
Account Management:

Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Budgeting and Forecasting:

Lead the development and monitoring of annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.
Prepare accurate financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Bookkeeping Oversight:

Supervise and review the work of the bookkeeping team to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Implement and maintain best practices in bookkeeping procedures.
Profit and Loss (P&L) Analysis:

Generate P&L statements based on accurate bookkeeping records.
Analyze financial data to provide insights into performance and areas for improvement.
Financial Reporting:

Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function.
Implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
US Accountancy and CPF for Singapore Payroll:

Apply expertise in US accountancy practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Manage CPF processes for Singapore payroll, ensuring accuracy and adherence to local requirements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA is a plus.
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Proficiency in bookkeeping principles and practices.
Familiarity with US accountancy practices.
Experience in managing CPF for Singapore payroll.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
