Finance Manager: CPA Required

SOFREP is seeking a Finance Manager distributes the financial resources of a company, is responsible for the budget planning, and supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.

We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, and management processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA and experience working with financial software such as QuickBooks. The successful applicant must also possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

– Oversee all aspects of financial management, including bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, and management processes
– Ensure accuracy in all financial documents
– Develop strategies to improve efficiency in all areas of finance
– Monitor budget performance to ensure compliance with company policies
– Analyze data to identify trends or discrepancies in financial records
– Prepare detailed reports on financial performance for senior leadership review
– Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information
– Predicting future financial trends
– Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
– Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
– Developing long-term business plans based on these reports
– Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets
– Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk
– Analyzing market trends and competitors
