FINANCE MANAGER – UK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

MUST HAVE MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE & PROVEN TRACK RECORD AND EXPERIENCE OF UK VAT AND ACCOUNTING PRACTICES, VAT, BASIC PAYROLL AND SHOW ABLE TO HANDLE MULTIPLE COMPANIES/ CLIENTS. WE ARE A SMALL GROUP COMPANY WITH DIFFERENT SECTORS LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO HANDLE AND TAKE OVER OUR ACCOUNTING AND BOOK KEEPING.

Ideal opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper/finance manager looking for a remote role – 12 hours per week – work on your own schedule. Flexible hours & days according to your own schedule.

Your key responsibilities will be:-

Monthly bookkeeping
Preparation of VAT returns
Credit control – Communication with clients to solve queries/ answer questions
Produce some reports for clients at month end
Production of annual bookkeeping/ accounts & reports
Bank / Card reconciliation
Supplier payments / refunds
The successful candidate will probably have had experience in a similar role.

Key skills:

An accountancy/ bookkeeping qualification, or be able to demonstrate competence in bookkeeping (QBE)
3 Years minimum experience with quickbooks / quickbooks online
5 Years Previous experience working in an UK accountancy practice would be preferable
Experience of working with both sole trader and limited company clients
Experience of online bookkeeping packages preferable
