You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity in:
-Strategy/Business Planning and Implementation
-Lead and manage, keeping yourself and others accountable
-Accounts Receivable & Payable
-Financial analysis and reporting

You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:
-Experience in Xero, Hubspot and DEAR
– 1 – 3 years of experience in accounting preferably in AU market
– Strong knowledge in AU Accounting Standards
– EOS experience & Profit first is preferred. Not Essential.

– Attention to detail – all details must be carried out accurately
– Organised – well planned, structured and thoughtful

– We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week:

Work Arrangement – Commitment we looking for
– Follow Australian hours and holidays
– Available to work between 9am – 5pm Melbourne time
– Responsive and available during working hours
– 4-5 hours work day, 5 days per week

Functional Annual Business KPIs
– Lead, manage, accountability and empowering the team
– Improvement in productivity, Time and Cost reduction in business processes
– Involved in management decisions
– Accurate and timely invoicing and payments
– Weekly & Monthly Reconciliation
– Budgets and corresponding reporting in place
– Reports Delivered on time and accurately
