Company Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance/Sales Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance or sales operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial planning and analysis, sales forecasting, and operational efficiency initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and optimize operational performance.

Responsibilities:
1. Financial Analysis and Reporting:
– Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
– Identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and recommend improvements.
– Develop financial models and scenarios to evaluate business opportunities and investment decisions.

2. Sales Operations Support:
– Assist in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and quota-setting processes.
– Monitor sales performance metrics, including sales productivity, win rates, and customer acquisition costs.
– Provide sales teams with data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize sales effectiveness and drive revenue growth.

3. Process Improvement:
– Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in financial or sales processes and propose solutions for improvement.
– Streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure alignment with business objectives.

4. Data Management and Analysis:
– Manage and maintain databases, CRM systems, and other sales or financial software platforms.
– Extract, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights and reports.
– Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular audits and quality checks.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
– Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, and other departments to align goals, objectives, and strategies.
– Facilitate communication and coordination between different teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
– Proven experience in finance, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.
– Knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
– Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
– Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
