Position Specifics: $4.00/hr, full-time, contract, hourly position, M-F, hours can be flexible between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST, starting on or before August 28th.

Job Summary:
The goal of this role is to ensure that we have prompt, accurate, insightful financial data to make decisions, that NPMs invoicing and A/R are accurate and timely, and that internal financial records are kept up to date.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
– Invoicing: Efficiently and effectively managing invoicing, ensuring that clients stay on track with their payments and that invoices are paid within 35 days of receipt.
– A/R: Maintaining an A/R balance of $40k or less through regular reminders and nudges to clients.
– Special Projects: Completing special finance-related (and other) projects in a timely, thorough, proactive, and accurate manner as assigned by your manager. These projects may include spreadsheet creation and management, account reconciliation projects, budget/forecasting, data entry, reporting, financial statement preparation, analysis, etc.
– Commission Payments: You accurately schedule to pay out commission payments that are input onto the spreadsheet by the Sales Operations Coordinator.
– MRR Log management: You ensure its accuracy and are ultimately responsible for it. The Sales Operations Coordinator will input data onto this spreadsheet as well.
– Credits and Refunds: You complete any necessary credits and/or refunds to NPM clients as assigned.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree (Required).
– Professional accounting background and/or experience (Required).
– Comfortable with technology, including competence with computers, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and the willingness to go outside of your comfort zone to learn more.
– Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a remote setting.
– Excellent grasp of the English language, including spelling of words, rules of composition, and proper grammar.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Excellent time management skills and a home environment that supports working remotely.
– Ability to meet quality standards and provide positive customer service to clients.
