Are you a Financial Assistant who enjoys breaking routine? If yes, then this is the right project for you.

LOTT operates at the forefront of Online Advertising. We help online webshops and other eCommerce-related companies to advertise on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Google. We provide our clients advertising accounts that 1) provide a guaranteed continuity of their advertising process and 2) give them the freedom to scale ad budget quickly, as desired.

LOTT is looking for a talented Financial Assistant that can support our Financial Controller. The ideal candidate has experience with bookkeeping, profit/loss-statements, data entry, Google sheets, admin VA administration tasks, and maybe even financial forecasting. You are a supporter, the Financial Controller is in the lead. That means you have to be a great communicator. We encourage autonomy and freedom, but that also means accountability and planning are important skills to have.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Gathering financial data on the company’s financial performance
2) Measuring financial performance over time
3) Mapping and visualising financial performance in a monthly report (revenue, costs, profits, financial growth etc.).

RESULTS
– Clear overview and roadmap on increasing financial performance
– Finance becomes an important pillar of every key decision in the business, making decisions fact-based and data-driven

WHAT YOU BRING
Education and/or experience
– Bachelor’s in business administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent (e.g., CPA, MBA) or related field
– Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and other finance data tools
– Experience with bookkeeping and finance
– Experience with a project management software like ClickUp (not required but a plus)
– Eagerness to tackle new assignments, and ready for a long-term commitment
